Shipping
All piece are made to order and handcrafted.
Production time is estimated between 1-3 weeks, depending on the piece.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping times may very depending on your location and the courier.
For custom pieces, production times will be discussed individually once all details of the design are defined.
Returns
Size adjustments and returns are available during the first 10 days after you receive your order.
For returns :
- The piece must be in perfect condition.
- Unworn and unaltered.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refound will be issued.
Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.
Size adjustments are free, but shippings costs are not included.
Warranty & repairs
You can choose to be guided through the repair process, or have it handled directly by us.
This warranty coves any issues related to the structure or construction of the piece, as well as its repairs.
Customer will cover the shipping costs.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
