Refund & Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition, unworn, unused, and in its original state. To initiate a return, please contact us at help.alquimichain@outlook.com.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

If your piece requires an adjustment or repair, you may contact us within the warranty period. Repairs are covered under our warranty, but shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Custom-made or personalized pieces may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
